Refund Policies

We are excited to provide a safe, structured, and high-quality martial arts summer camp experience for every child. Because camp enrollment is limited and staffing is scheduled in advance, the following refund policy applies to all registrations.

Registration & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to reserve your child’s spot.

• Camp spots are secured only after payment is received.

• Enrollment is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Cancellation Policy

30+ Days Before Camp Start Date

• Tuition payments (minus the non-refundable deposit) are eligible for a refund.

 

14–29 Days Before Camp Start Date

• 50% of camp tuition (excluding deposit) may be refunded.

 

Less Than 14 Days Before Camp Start Date

• No refunds will be issued.​

Missed Days

We do not offer refunds or credits for missed camp days due to personal scheduling conflicts, vacations, or minor illness.

Camp Cancellation by Organizer

If we must cancel a camp session due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, families will receive:

• A full refund of all payments made, or

• The option to transfer to another available camp session​
